Back Pain
Lumbago (back pain) is defined as pain in the lower back, or, more specifically, in the midline between the costal margin and the inferior gluteal fold. Back pain is a common problem that affects most people at some point in their life. The pain may be acute or chronic, constant or intermittent. It may also be described as a dull ache, a sharp pain, or a burning sensation that can radiate to the buttocks and legs. It may be associated with weakness, numbness, or tingling sensations.
Lower back pain can affect anyone at any age, although its highest prevalence is between the ages of 35 and 55 years. The use of natural health products will provide symptomatic relief, help strengthen the body's defence mechanisms, and aid the body’s detoxification and drainage systems in the elimination of various toxic by-products caused by microorganisms and pharmaceutical drugs.
