If any items are unavailable at the time of purchase and we are unable to supply we will refund the items within 14 days of payment.

For convenience these Terms may be translated into languages other than English. Should any dispute arise as to the meaning of particular terms then the English version of the Terms shall predominate over any translation.

Delivery of Products:

• For our deliveries, we engage third-party service providers.
• If you fail to accept delivery or provide adequate delivery instructions, we reserve the right to cancel your order and keep the products. In such cases, we will refund the product's price, but you remain responsible for any applicable delivery charges.
• To address any delivery errors or issues with your ordered products, please inform us in writing within 14 days from the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
• Orders placed after 3:30 pm GMT will be processed on the following business day.
• Please allow 3-5 working days for any orders placed during a sales period to be dispatched.
