It takes over 14 grams of fresh ginger root to produce 120mg of ginger extract, the amount found in just one of our capsules! Supplied as an extract to preserve the active constituents such as the gingeroles and zingerone.

Capsule Shell (Modified Starch, Glycerol, Gelling Agent: Carageenan, Acidity Regulator: DiSodium Phosphate, Colour: Iron Oxide), Sunflower Seed Oil, Silicon Dioxide.

Disintegration time: Less than 1 hour.

Dosage

1 capsule daily with a meal.
