Directions:
For joint care: take three tablets (one between each meal) for one week. Thereafter a maintenance dose of one tablet daily can be taken for 3 to 6 months.
For digestive care: Take one tablet before each main meal up to a maximum of three per day.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
