5HTP is a natural amino acid found in the body. Serotone also contains B vitamins and zinc. Available in 50mg and 100mg size capsules. Not advisable if pregnant or taking fenfluramine. Care should also be taken if being prescribed SSRIs. Suggested intake: 50mg capsule: Take 1-2 capsules at the end of the day with a carbohydrate snack. 100mg capsule: Take 1 capsule at the end of the day with a carbohydrate snack.
